🔹 First stop – Isola Bella
Last, but not least, is Isola Bella, famous for the sumptuous Palazzo Borromeo and its spectacular terraced baroque gardens. Dedicate about two hours to visit this architectural gem, letting yourself be enchanted by its richly decorated rooms and beautiful panoramic views of the lake.
🔹 Second stop – Isola dei Pescatori
After the nature and elegance of Isola Madre, the tour continues to Isola dei Pescatori, the only one inhabited all year round. You can visit the island in about 30 minutes, walking through the narrow alleys of the village and admiring its authentic charm. If you decide to have lunch here, you can take more time to savor the local cuisine in the typical restaurants before boarding the next boat.
🔹 Third stop – Isola Madre
The tour begins with a visit to Isola Madre, the largest and most lush of the Borromean Islands. Here you can explore the English-style botanical garden, famous for its rare plant species and exotic animals roaming freely, as well as the Palazzo Borromeo, a refined historic residence filled with art collections and furnishings. The visit lasts about two hours, but you can manage your time according to your preferences.
